So I am stuck at the "Date obtained or effective date" and "end date". Should do I put the visa validity date there? Or just the dates of the actual visit periods when I traveled?

I think you should put the visa validity date. If there is a spot that they asked when you traveled then put the date you entered and exited the country. But generally I think you should just put the validity date of the visa.

No. Even if you need a visa to enter the country, there's no need to list it if we're speaking here about a simple vacation.

I noticed that according to the latest update of the instructions, the word "visitor" has been removed from Q.13.

Hello all,I got citizenship in December 2024 and Canadian passport in Jan 2025 .after that I get ETA (India visa);of one year validity and visit India using Canada passport for 2 weeks and come back Canada .I still not surrender my Indian passport. My India passport is still valid .I want to travels Canada to India on Indian passport for 6 month and return on Canadian passport and apply for surrender Indian passport in India .I desire just to travel on Indian passport last time pls clarify and suggest me about this point.thanks all
