Query regarding spousal application to be sent

Hi,

I am residing with my spouse outside of Canada and I am a Canadian citizen. I am sponsoring residing from outside of Canada. I have read that I need to sent my application to Mississauga but wanted to whether I need to sent mine and spouse's documents together or separately? I guess the documents of my spouse will come back to CIC's office in foreign country from Mississauga when I get approved. Kindly clear my doubt. Where I exactly need to sent and how?

ALL outland apps are sent to CPC-Mississauga first now, from everywhere in the world. You are correct that they will then pick the VO, based on your residency or citizenship.
