Query on ECA

hi Guys,
I have couple of queries
My question is
1. I have a Medicine/MBBS degree from China and an MD Pharmacology From India- so do i need to get bachelors as well as my Masters ECA review done or just the masters will help, as I'm not a practicing physician.

2. Currently I work as a Medical Manager in one of the reputed companies in the world, so will my NOC be 0311, but it pertains to Medical Director.

3. Do i start searching for a job, when I didnt even write my IELTS and ECA done; when is the right time to search for a job, as the employers won't wait for me to finish the paper work for a year or so

Please help in these 3 questions

You need an ECA for only your highest education. A Masters degree is worth more points than 2 educational credentials.
Job titles are not critical for the NOC. What counts is whether you performed the requisite duties.
No one can tell you when the right time for you to search for a job is . . .

I would recommend you get both your qualifications assessed, it will provide you more flexibility with your application. It's one fee for both.
