querry related to spousal visa

Hi

I came to canada with PR just 4 months ago.Next month am going to my home country[India] for my marriage and i will b be back after 2 months.plz let me know the required procedures to bring my partner to canada through spousal visa.Should I start the procedure from India?Do I have to produce any financial support for spousal visa as am not working at present?

No - you can't start the procedure from India. Since you are a PR, you must be in Canada when you submit the application to sponsor your new wife. You must also continue living in Canada while the application is being processed.
