I have below queries:

1. I have applied without my wife i.e. with status that my wife won't accompany me (initially). Once given ITA, I MUST have good reason for why I didn't include her in my profile for accompanying partner - is this right?

2. My wife is doing her specialization in medicine (radiology) of which two more years are left - is this a a good reason?

3. Along with above point (point 2), would it be okay to also apply for my wife separately as primary applicant? In other words, I and my wife BOTH apply as primary applicant at the same time where I don't include her in my profile as accompanying partner - would that be okay?

4. I am currently in EE pool with 462 score. I am considering to hire someone to do rest of work (suggestion, updation, etc.) - what do you think of hiring someone at this stage? I actually don't have time!

Hi!

1. Not okay
2. Nope! You should always mention your actual marital status.
3. No way!
4. Don't do that, you can do this yourself.

The Canadian Govt likes to see actual facts, be it as it may, both husband and wife should apply. It is up to the couple to decide whether to move together or not.

Goodluck!

I am using a lawyer and it has made the process easier to understand, I would have made mistakes otherwise as the process is complex. They will be able to advise you on the strategy of applying and your spouse
