30-60 days deadline is just to keep PA on their toes. These deadline can always be extended if you have already sent your CSQ Application to MIDI and delay is from MIDI's side.

If after 60 days Federal don't receive your CSQ by either MIDI or You, they will email MIDI (Garants.DSIQ@midi.gouv.gc.ca) to determine if PA have submitted application or not. Federal is aware of backlog issue at MIDI, so don't worry.
Yes, but the question is HOW to submit CSQ to my VO after I receive it... I am wondering if they need me to send by mail a copy or if i upload to webform

MIDI is suppose to inform IRCC, in writing, whenever CSQ is issued. However, it's best to send scanned copy of CSQ via webform/CSE.

You will have two copies of CSQ.

1) Requérant
2) Immigration- Canada

Send scanned copy of 2nd one. You do NOT need to mail Original copies of any CSQs to anyone.

Thanks, it just seems all very confusing with the phrases they use, it sounds like they want a copy by mail. "Must be received IN THIS OFFICE within 60 days"

True. Wording is confusing AF

I never sent them any original CSQ's anywhere... Just sent scanned copies via webform. Never faced any issues.

Was your CSQ requested before your VO transfer though? because my application has been transferred really quickly, like i havent done biometrics or medical before they transfer.

My AOR came after 4 months. It was transferred to LVO after 2 months of AOR. That's when I received request from LVO to apply for CSQ.

My letter had no deadline date.

This is my letter's sample : https://www.canpakspousal.com/home/forms/quebec/csq-request

How long have you all waited between receiving your CSQ and receiving your medical request thereafter ?

I got this email .this is SA email? We are pleased to inform that you have met the federal eligibility requirements as a sponsor. The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be sent to a visa office for processing. The visa office will be selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A confirmation letter will be sent to you once the application is sent to the visa office, informing you of the visa office selected. This confirmation letter will also provide you with instructions on how to submit an undertaking application to the Provincial government.

I have started recently the process to understand the spouse sponsorship. I came to Montreal on May 15 and want to start the spousal sponsorship for my husband who is in India. As I went through the process, I have couple of questions.

1. To IRCC, my husband has to send the app package to CPC Sydney having all documents signed and scanned by both sponsor and PA. Is this correct?
2. Since I live in Quebec, will my husband get CSQ along with PR?
