Looks like people who are receiving decision made also have their background check is in process, its only you and I seeing that not applicable thing, Did you try to give them a call and see what they say?

Seems that its the inland applicants that applied in April that's being assessed right now. We will have to hear more updates from outland applicants to gauge where they're ata. However, as it stands those who applied in june2016 haven't received any medical request as yet.
