I submitted my application in June 2014, I was in a hurry that time to submit my application before a possible change of guidelines.
I'm a registered nurse in the Philippines. I graduated in October 2007 but I started working in February 2011 as a nurse.
Here's the problem. Between October 2007 to January 2011, I spent the 4 years having multiple jobs because life as a nurse is difficult here in the Philippines.
I have had 2 permanent jobs, 3 part time and several contract basis jobs. At any given month, I worked at least 1 permanent and 2 part time alternating every week. (usually as secretary to a company, ghost writer for several publications, tutor and caregiver)
When I submitted my application in 2014, I used my main work that I started in Feb 2011 as a government nurse. For time period before that, I believe I chose 1 permanent job for the period 2007 to January 2011.
The problem now is I forgot what it was. Due to my rush in filing my papers, I completely forgot to make a copy.
The federal stage asks for the same info again on what I have done the past years and I'm afraid of writing conflicting information.
My questions are as follows:
1. Is it okay for me to ignore writing my whereabouts prior to Feb 2011 and stick with my current employment?
2. How do I got about asking for a copy of my submitted application from the Quebec immigration?
3. Do I ask info from my visa center instead (I saw it was Hongkong)?
I really hope anyone can help me. Thank you!
