It changed to decision made around 6th and received PPR on 14th

How shall i know the decision and what's the timeframe
For the passport request . My timeline is
Csq 5.6.2016
Aor 22.11.2016
Medical done and received 14.12.2016
Prfees paid 21.12.2016
Decision made 17.1.2017
My vo is paris

Wait for the PPR email. Decision Made usually means Approval of the application. Otherwise, they will ask ask for extra documents/explanations if there is any issue.

Finally i received PPR mail .Time line as below

Qubec application -Feb-2014.

Visa Office- New Delhi -London

Fed Application -August 04,2017
AOR- October 27
Medical request - November 29
Medical done -16 Jan-2017
Decicion Made-06 Feb-2017
PPR- 10 Feb-2017 ( it was in spam message folder Cry Cry).

HI friends,i am in critical stage ,i did my medical on march 2016 as per vo email.Now its going to expire on 10th march 2017,just 20 days more.I haven't got any email or updates from vo.I sent two case specific enquires and there is no response for both.

So please give advice ,What to do next?

Its so bad that you didnt recieve ppr yet.
Did you link your application to GCKey it will show you whether cic have recieved your medical reports or not.
You can call to CIC and tell me your issue. Because your case is not normal. I have not seen anything like this previously under NDVO.
