Hello everyone, I received an eamil request me to submit some addtional documents , I already replied directly with the documents as required. However, since I already link the application to myCIC account, there is a page request me to submit those documents as well. So my first question is do I need to submit them in the account as well? Also I tried to upload the documents but there is a error, to upload the required police certificate I need to fill the document number into the blank, but that blank does not accept numbers. Now it still shows I have to upload files although I have already emailed them to ottawa office. If someone had the similar experience please give some advise. Thank you.
