Its pretty obvious that the Email its a standard one. The "if not already submitted" note, means that you are free from this. You have already included the PCC in the file.
If they will request the PCC again, will be in July 2017; cause of expiration date.

Hope you wont get that far and receive visa early!

I filed my application is Dec 2015 and got AOR in Feb 2016. Nothing since then. I have just checked the status and I got a message that "we were not able to identify you using the information you provided". Its the same information i have been using for the past 10 months to track the status of my application. What is going on???

If it doesn't work use Unique Identification number.

this is the email i got from NDVO please anybody advise how to send passport copies and RPRF receipt (paid online)can i just just reply to the email and send scanned images or do i need to send it via post? is it normal to be asked for passport copies as i have already sent it with the application?

I used application number and I was able to get the status. Still in process. This is the 12th month now, no MR. I still believe i will have PR before the end of February though. Faith.
