I will be completing 1 Year from the AOR date next Feb 28

base on the CIC Q&A, the said and I quote 'Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) calculates processing times from the day CIC receives an application to the day it makes a decision on the application.' so I think maybe in Jan 2017 you are eligible to contact them...but anyway hope you will hear from them A SAP.

Police Clearance req and done-Nov. 2016
Waiting for PPR

I don't think contacting them will make any difference. I have already exceeded 12 months and I got nothing except for the AOR. I sent them inquiring, and in return I got the below email which shows that they did not even bother to read my case enquiry. The thing is that three months ago, I sent them updating my passport. Guess what, in response, I received the same email with the same exact words. These guys are really professional.

" Dear Applicant,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry.

The file remains in the active processing queue. At the time we are unable to provide any specific timeframes as to when this application may be finalized. please note that files are processed on a first-come-first- served basis.
we trust that this information will be of assistance."

along with MR i got RPRF payment request email too in which they are asking for PCC if not already submitted ,but i have sent my original pcc along with the application in August 2016 and the PCC was issued in July 2016 do i still need to send a new one???

Hi Abhiquebec,

Its pretty obvious that the Email its a standard one. The "if not already submitted" note, means that you are free from this. You have already included the PCC in the file.
If they will request the PCC again, will be in July 2017; cause of expiration date.

Hope you wont get that far and receive visa early!

new Delhi visa office sent me also medical today on 29dec2016 aor was received on 2 dec 2016
RPRF I already paid but Asked in email
Pcc also sent initially. On 22july 2016.

Pass sent, 09/Dec/2016
Pass Received: God knows better...
