Hi All,

Has anyone from a country that does not require a visa to visit Canada received their PPR? If so did you just send copies of the biodata page of your passport like the letter says? I saw from some other forums after we had sent ours that they sent all pages of the passport photocopied.

Also how long after passport information was sent did it take to receive your visa? Ours are being returned via prepaid courier.

It normally takes up to a week to preview your ECAS file. Mine became available after 10 days from receiving AOR.

Could anyone tell me how u received AOR and Medical request by CIC? They sent it by e-mail or mail?

Mine came by email. Make sure to check your junk mail as well. My brother-in-law lost almost an entire year in his process because it went to junk mail and he never saw it!

As far as I know, you can only submit originals when it goes to PCCs

This is my friend's condition though
He is sure he sent originals but they are adking him for 'original not copies' ...

i took a look at your timeline and i find it is so fast. i also apply Quebec skilled worker through PEQ student ( you only have to submit a university degree). does the processing time is different than those with NOC ??

I think that might be possible, even though people here told me that it wouldn't matter. I am lucky, I got PPR after 8 months of processing.
