Dear friends.
I have a question about filling out IMM 5669 "Antécédants/ Declaration" form. There is a question about whether I ever submitted asylum seeeker claim in Canada or any other country? I had some experience in Sweden back in 2003, but i withdrew my claim after 1 month of staying there and came back to my home country. I would really prefer not to disclose this info as the story that I used for my claim was so fake and bogus and I do not want that CIC discovered that I had lied to get a refugee status.

1. How is it ever possible that CIC can get detailed info about my claim? Can it be disclosed to a third country authorities?
2. Is this form for the information about the past 10 yrs or it covers all my life?

If you have any specific info about that, I would really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Depends on how old you are. The form asks for the last ten years or since you turned 18, whichever is most recent, so it depends on your age. I would say that since I am over 28, I only did the last 10 years, but then they came back and asked me to complete since age 18.

But it doesn't say that it is for 10 years. The word EVER. It means since 18.

I think you speak about travels not Decalaration.

What info did they ask you to fill out again?

Hi,
Just got my medical request 4 months after the file number. I had an address change in November and did inform the CIC about that. they have updated my address on the CIC website and when I am checking my status it shows the right Address. However, the form has my old address on it. What should I do? Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone

my spouse and I get our CSQ letters last week (unfortunately because there is a mistake in my spouse surname in birth we send it back, however it will be back in a couple days I hope) and planing to apply PR as soon as we get out work permits. Thanks to CIC, after nearly 4 months still there is no news.
My firs question is: Is there anyone who applied or will apply from Montreal or anywhere form Quebec?
As a second question: DO anyone know someone who applied PR during implied status?

I have been in Montreal since 2012. Got CSQ though PEQ, currently on Work Permit.
I am not from a visa exempt country if that is what you mean. I am surprised they processed me that fast. Did you get MR?

I am exactly in the same situation as you. I got MR and medical received appeared on ecas on Jan 16. And you got ppr and i dont. I dont know why
