Hi YoungKing
Did you have to cross the border and get 'denied' entry to US for your landing back into Canada?
Or you just turned around without going to US border?
Please advise

My case is unique because I was in the wrong lane with the trucks.
but basically from what i know, you are to go directly to the borders, you will see
signs, 'united states of america', there was one post open last night. So there
they will look at your passport and will tell you to go around back to the Canadian.

Run a search on googlemaps, you will see that it will cross the american borders and
loops back around to canadian.

I hope it makes sense

Yes, i am waiting for the COPR and passports to be returned to me so i can do the landing,, it has been 14 days since they received my passport and the photos...

I am pretty sure you are almost there.
Be patient, next week or the week after,
you will recieve your paper.
Take it to the borders with your passport/CSQ
and a piece of identification.

I have a questions, the Passport request letter doesn't require our photos, but I know some PPR letters they require photos, should I send them?

I almost have similar situation. They received my application mid July, I got my AOR 9th of November and no news but the automatic email that many received which asks for some extra documents if needed.

Hello friends,

It been more then 7 months since i sent my application & 5 since i received my AOR from CIO but yet no Medical no I know which visa office is processing my file, Some friends told me that i should wait until its 6 months since the AOR before contacting CIC (saying that contacting CIO early or often won't accelerate your application processing) and some suggested that I should contact as soon as possible (to confirm status of your file) .What should i do?

Also is there is any one left in this forum who apply last July and didn't received MR?

Not yet, I think it takes near 5 months nowadays within Canada, they finish outside Canada faster than inside, we have nothing to do just waiting

Congratz to all the people who applied in March and April that already receive PPR... I applied on june so i guess its coming to an end for me

Is there someone who has sent the results of the exams in December/2015 and has already received the passport request?

I sent the Medical Results December 23, 2015.Also in 6 and 20 janvier sent additional doc. No passport request yet
