Hi Friends,
anybody knows when should I expected to receive my medical request? I am in Montreal

Visa Office......: Ottawa
App. Filed.......: July 16, 2015
AOR Received.: November 9, 2015

HOw long does it normally take for Medical Received to appear on the ecas status. My medicals were uploaded last wednesday, but still there is not sign of "Medicals Received" in ecas. Is this a good sign or bad sign. Are there anyone else.. who faced this issue?

In my case, it took three weeks.

It takes patience, and every VO works differently.

Hi

Same case here and i am totally freaked out. I Submitted my application on July 2015, Received my AOR on September same year & no MR to the moment.

Though I been told that waiting period between the AOR & MR is usually between 3-6 Months.Can any one verify that?

it is first time i write here i got csq in october 2015 and sent fedral on 1st november yesterday they returned the file because in the form of itend to resident in quebec i print the paper with the signature from computer they told me i should hand write it now (no problem small mistake from me) now the proplem that when i sent the file in the first time i paid the money online and attached the recepit with it now when i checked my visa i found teu didnot refund the money is it normal what should i do shall i reprint the recept and sent the file to them after solving my error or contact them to ask them about the money in order to repay it

Had the exact same thing happen to us here (same mistake on the same form even...) don't worry about it, you can send back the same receipt as it's your proof of purchase. This happened to us months ago and we never got the refund. Just send the same receipt you originally got.

By the way if you don't mind me asking, did you send your application from Montreal? We re-sent our corrected one on November 4th so that would give us an idea of when to expect AOR or it to be sent back again if we made another mistake...

Mine took 4 weeks,, note that when "medical received" is updated on ECAS this means that it is reviewed , checked and approved and all these take time .... so once you have "medical received " this means that this stage is completed and moving on to another phase in the application process like background and security check or other ...

Yes, i am waiting for the COPR and passports to be returned to me so i can do the landing,, it has been 14 days since they received my passport and the photos...

I received COPR and passports today ,,, it took 14 days from the date CPC Ottawa received them ... applicants who sent passports on 9th 10th of feb, you will receive them back in the next couple of days...
doing the "ïnland" landing this Friday OR next Monday ... will keep you posted.

Luc, is there a long waiting time for the inland landing? You have to have an appointment I asume.

I received COPR and passports today ,,, it took 14 days from the date CPC Ottawa received them ... applicants who sent passports on 9th 10th of feb, you will receive them back in the next couple of days...

yes appointment is required not like Ottawa (walk - in) . I will call CIC tomorrow to check on the waiting time , if it is more than 10 days, i will go to the border to Lacolle for flag-polling..

Most probably i will do the landing at the border but all depend on the appointment waiting time..
