I sent my application two months before your date and haven't heard from them yet!!jacobtiju said:Hi,
Has anyone got reply from CIO who has send docs after Aug 10?
Thanks
If your application is beyond the normal processing time, they will let you know the statusDavid83 said:If I call the CIO, will they tell me if they have received the application?
CIO received my docs last Aug 10,2015 but I haven't heard anything from them yetjacobtiju said:Hi,

By "normal" do you mean exactly 4 months, for example? Also, my application was returned two months after the first submission for a missing hand signature, will they consider "normal" processing time from the first or second submission?Jacques_Leo said:If your application is beyond the normal processing time, they will let you know the status
If it's not, they will just let you wait patently
Hi, when did you exactly send your docs to CIO?tnxDavid83 said:I sent my application two months before your date and haven't heard from them yet!!

I think so far as your first file was returned without a file number then you might have to start counting from the time you sent the file the second time.David83 said:June 12th, 2015.

This happened to me too, application returned after two months.(first submission November 2014)David83 said:By "normal" do you mean exactly 4 months, for example? Was your application stamped when they returned it? Mine was stamped by the date it was received the first time, so I thought they would consider the first submission!!Jacques_Leo said:This happened to me too, application returned after two months.(first submission November 2014)
For your current application, processing time starts from the second submission, your first submission doesn't count.
That normal processing time may change, in my case, it was 18 weeks. You can call cic to get better idea about that.
Yeah, it was stamped, and a letter telling me the reason why it's returned.David83 said:Was your application stamped when they returned it? Mine was stamped by the date it was received the first time, so I thought they would consider the first submission!!
