Congrats Luc22 Your application has passed another milestone. Do not worry about the medicals. They are just too lazy to update status in a timely manner.Luc22 said:Hi to all
I got an email today from CIO requesting police clearance certificate and RPRF.. I have 60 days to send the requested docs.
Medical results sent to CIC on Sep 8th and still not updated to my ECAS timeline.
Good luck
What is RPRF? and are they giving 60 days to submit any requested document even the MR?Luc22 said:Hi to all

I am still waiting for my MR. Hope I get this within this year :
I think, the deadline varies depending on the type of the requested document, 30 days for Medical ,, police clearance 60 days . That's normal due to the lengthy procedure to get PCC .subtain said:(RPRF) - Right of permanent residence fee.

From what I have observed, its 2 months for any document requested. Anyone experienced a different deadline?
I see. OK, what is the minimum time between AOR and MR? Because my file has not been opened and I need to travel like for one month. I need to make sure the MR will come later enough such that I will be back.Luc22 said:I think, the deadline varies depending on the type of the requested document, 30 days for Medical ,, police clearance 60 days . Congrats dear

As I can see from different timelines here, you might receive MR after 1 month from AOR (onward) .. It's case by case so it might vary. Mine received after 2 months from AOR.David83 said:I see. 3 Months since AOR but no MR yet. So its really case by case.Luc22 said:As I can see from different timelines here, you might receive MR after 1 month from AOR (onward) .. It's case by case so it might vary. Mine received after 2 months from AOR.
OK, that's good. So, at least one month for the MR after the AOR and one month to submit it=2 months. I guess I have enough time. It won't automatically disqualify you, no. HOWEVER, you MUST be COMPLETELY honest about it to CIC.Byfaith137 said:Hi guys.
Who among here have lodged docs to CIO last Aug 10,2015, any feedback yet?
Also, is being out of status in a third country disqualifies in becoming an immigrant in Canada?
Tnx
