I think you will receive P1 in the last half of this month.

It will tak atlaest 2-3 months to get the AOR. Also, government has increased the processing time by 2 months for QSW on November 5th.

I think a lot of people received their CSQ in july-august (I read some that received theirs within 2 week after applying), so probably also causing a surge of people applying at the federal.

Yes, Because IRCC has increased the processing time by 2 months for QSW on November 5th.

Even if they did so, they should at least get AOR out early. Some of us have expiring/ Expired work permits and need it to apply for BOWP.
