Through agent. I guess my file is in Pretoria. Im on my 21 months. What about you?

I can understand the increase in average processing time because of old and wrong political actions but I cannot understand 18 months PR processing time difference between two QSW program applicants applying from the same country.
It is totally related to reckless and irresponsible IRCC decision-makers, managers and workers.

As long as there is no problem about criminality, payment or medical tests etc. there should not be more than 2-3 months difference between each files. If they would act fair and process each file like this, uncertainty would end.

We are only numbers to them. If their target is to issue 100 PRs , they take the 100 applications which are easiest to process. Pick the low hanging fruits. Ethically wrong, technically correct.

My timeline is as follows
Csq received 16 Jan 2017
Federal applied 21 April 2017
AOR 6 July 2016
Additional documents ( travel history& appendix A) requested 7 June 2018
Pre arrival service msg 25 April 2019
Medical request 25 july2019
But my consultant missed the mail & after my lots of inquiries he come to know about his mistake so he take extension for medical result submission & inform me on 28 august 2019
Medical done 12 sep 2019
Me & my husband have scar in chest X-ray so additional test done & medical follow up done on12 DEC 2019
Medical passed msg 2 Jan 2020
Decision made 7 Jan 2020
Passport request 8 Jan 2020
Passports submitted to VAC Islamabad on 13 Jan 2020
Passport received with visa stamped on 15 Jan 2020
A long journey ends happy

I have just received a pre-arrival services letter after a long time. Does any one have any idea how long does it takes for the next process until PR.

Yes, mine is:
We sent you correspondence on January 2, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
