hi guys and seniors bosschips and conradfael, may question ako. Doon kasi sa SSS employment history ko nag appear yung payment ng first employer ko which is a call center/hmo type company wherein i stayed for only 2 weeks, year 2010 pa to ha. I left because tinawagan ako ng hospital for staff nurse employment. Then I passed my immediate resignation and my supervisor accepted then I got my last paycheck. Problem is (1) Is AWOL and immediate resignation the same? kasi according to them AWOL daw ako when I'm trying to get my COE. I really dont have any intention to get my coe from them ever since I left that company kasi 2 weeks nga lang ako. Ano kaya maganda gawin? Pwede bang sabihin ko na training lang yung 2 weeks na yun then I resigned?

Cool ka lang securer. When I send my papers before through LBC it usually takes 4-5 days I guess and yang status update ng LBC minsan delayed. Minsan nga nagpadala ako local. Natanggap na ng receiver yung sa update hindi pa... Malamang dadating yung sayo 6 siguro if I'm not mistaken (crossfingers).

Good Day! Clarify ko lang, yung Job Description niyo, may letterhead yun dapat ng hospital right? Kasama dun sa top and phone number, fax number and email address? Thanks!

Yung job description sa application you'll just have to type in sa application and kung kulang ang space dagdag mo lang in another paper. Yung kailangan ng letter head is your certificate of employment which also tells the details of your job including your job tasks.

just a quick question:

pag ok na application mo..ibabalik pa ba mga pinasa nating na docs sa kanila?mga orig kasi mostly na pinasa ko sa kanila e.

If you sent originals, yes they will return. Yun ang sinabi nila diba sa application form. But if you sent CTC, they will keep it. Regarding your file, don't worry if you were not able to put your file number on the envelop. Ang importante yung nasa loob may file number.

Tama si Patina, Securer. Wag ka masyadong nega, instead pray for your application. There will be glitches along the way but its part of it. God knows what's best for you. Keep the faith.

Is your supervisor then still working in that company? Maybe you can ask for her/his help. I don't consider it AWOL since you submitted a resignation letter unless they have a company policy that you have to work in their company for a certain period of time and if you get out before then, it will be considered AWOL. I really think you should go ask your supervisor then to help you or go directly to their HR to clarify your COE. You have an SSS to prove that you worked and if training yun an SSS contribution from the company should not reflect there. Try mo muna ipabago yung COE mo. If you have a copy of your resignation letter then ipakita mo sa kanila.

yes nasa loob yung file number. Pano nila malalaman na for update yung package na yun? Bubuksan ba nila yun or itatambak sa nakapila?heheh By the way thank you po sir conrad. relieved cross fingers sana bukas ng umaga may update na para matawagan ko na sila and try ko ask status application ko and at the same time inform them na received na yung packaged ko with the documents required. Sana hindi i reject. pls pray for me

Immediate resignation is AWOL unless cleared. Ideally, 1 month is the grace period for a resignation for the rank and file. 2 months for managers or department heads.

First and foremost, try to obtain clearance from the company, then ask for a COE after. If it doesn't work, state your situation via affidavit. The immigration officer will appreciate the transparency of your application.
