Mag pafile na po kasi ako ng federal stage ko. meron po ba ititicked na box para dun po sa Canada Embassy Manila iprocess young federal stage ko or depends na po sa kanila yun. please advise po.

I received my CSQ last year po then now lang magprocess ng federal. audit kasi aka UAE now and wanted na sa pilipinas process papers ko.
