nasa first stage palang tayo, if okay ung pinadala mo na update sa intent to reject thats the time nasa preliminary stage ka na.

call mo MIDI ano update ng docs mo. ung rules applied sa applicant wala pang CSQ.

not anymore, that's process done during quebec stage.

in the federal stage, i think the medical exam and some other document will be submitted.
