Not necessarily overseas as long as its a nursing experience. And work out on your French and if you can take the exam, a lot better. I know some people who were waived in their interviews because they submitted Delf A1 plus some good years of nursing experience.

I recently sent the missing documents they required me to. I am afraid if they won't open it and consider it as one of the new applicant because my consultant put their name as the sender and not my name as before. What to do? Should I call them?

As long as you put your file number then you don't have to worry. Are you sure you did not sign any power of attorney? Even if they are a consultancy, they are still connected to an attorney.

I see, hopefully my interview will be waived to ease the burden. actually my total yrs of exp is 8+yrs but they want me to declare the latest 5 yrs since its more recent and its easier to submit tax documents. So lets just hope for the best.

they will consider the update if there is a file number indicated in the envelope as Conrad mentioned. the purpose of the power of attorney is to give ur consultant or immigration lawyer access to ur file, process them on ur behalf. Since that is the reason u hired a consultant in the 1st place. If u did not sign any power of atty. ur consultant cannot perform the mentioned tasks. In a nutshell, ur on ur own in your application.

kaya nga e. sabi ko fedex ir dhl tapos uu lang ng uu. nung hinihgi ki n nmbr at courier binigay lbc. hahayy buhay. they are just prolinging my agony tapos2 rejected. wtf
