I'm back! Sorry po kung di ako naging active dito lately, medyo nabusy lang po this past months. Dami na palang post dito. 142 pages na! Backreading done na din just to keep myself updated in this thread. Congrats to all who already got their AOR!
Anyway guys, i just want to share the good news that I got last Monday - I got my AOR!
Numéro de dosseir - DAxxxxXXX0. Eto yung may RECÚ. Nakahinga sa wakas.
So sa case ko, I received first an email saying that my file was already opened with Référence Individuelle - DAxxxxxx4 (January 2014). Then just this monday, RECÙ / Numéro de dosseir was sent to me via local post office.
Parang ganon ata sir robinsonwalt. Magkakaiba ata ang response from applicant to applicant.

1. wag na po i declare kasi di naman siya related sa nursing therefore no additional points po siya.gladysumali said:Hi everyone! I'm relatively new here. Thanks to my brother who sent me the forum link.
I am planning to apply for QSW as a nurse. I just back-read most of the posts from April 1, 2014 onwards. I got my BSN degree last 2012. It's my second course already. My question is related to my work experience for the past 5 years. I have been a part-time online/home-based English tutor since 2011 and a part-time insurance advisor/agent with a big insurance company since July 2013. Both jobs are categorized as contractual and I don't have the regular employer-employee relationship with both companies.
1. Should I declare them both in my applications even though they are not related to my nursing field? I attended an agency briefing for QSW kasi last Saturday, and they said, 'wag ko na raw i-declare if not related naman sa nursing. But my husband and my brother (who's already done with his medical for FSW--just this April) think otherwise.
2. And one more, both companies do not deduct contributions for SSS, only taxes. Will BIR forms suffice as supporting documents if ever?
3. Also, I just finished my post-graduate nurse training at a private tertiary hospital last Nov-Feb 2014 and will start another 2-month training in another private tertiary hospital this April-June 2014. No compensations for both. Will these trainings matter in my applications?
4. And is form 137 /HS diploma really required? I can't find it sa list kasi, so far.
5. Also, if my points are enough, can I submit my application na without French Language Certification? But I will still enroll in a French class. I'm just a bit worried, baka magkaubusan ng slots...
Thanks so much! Sorry, a bit long query... All your inputs will be highly appreciated!

3. just put it their. counted naman ata yan kasi RLE nga counted.
4. I was not required with that po.
5. yep kung abot na sa minimum points then kahit wla kanang french. and yes dapat ka mag aral ng french because they prefer a bilingual employee

I just dont understand why you don't declare your previous jobs when its not related to nursing. Its not about the points that we are talking here but the honesty. If they found out that you omitted declaring it, it might count against you. If you check the application it was written under Employment 'employment during the past 5 years.' It does not say, nursing employment during the past 5 years.gladysumali said:Hi everyone! I'm relatively new here. Thanks to my brother who sent me the forum link.

sir conrad will due respect po. hindi po ITR from the previous 5 years. According sa pdf form na na receive ko and with the confirmation sa IO na tinawagan ko. ITR lang po ng current job at hindi yung complete ITR for the last 5 yearsConradFael said:Should I declare them both in my applications even though they are not related to my nursing field? 2. And one more, both companies do not deduct contributions for SSS, only taxes. Will BIR forms suffice as supporting documents if ever? Did you not pay the SSS on your own? If not then you won't be able to provide any SSS proofs so make sure your BIR forms are complete for that 5 year period even if you don't have to submit 5 years (you may need it on your interview if you're going to have one).

4. And is form 137 /HS diploma really required? I can't find it sa list kasi, so far. You don't need it in the application but you will need it if you are going to ask for a comparative education of studies done outside of Quebec which you will do in the later part.
5. Also, if my points are enough, can I submit my application na without French Language Certification? But I will still enroll in a French class. I'm just a bit worried, baka magkaubusan ng slots... Just make sure that you have enough points. You can submit a diploma or certification later on to up your points.
Kaya nga sinabi ko for interview purposes lang yung last 5 years. Kasi when I was interviewed, hinanap lahat ng ITRs ko even from the previous years. Buti nalang dala ko lahat.securer said:sir conrad will due respect po. hindi po ITR from the previous 5 years. According sa pdf form na na receive ko and with the confirmation sa IO na tinawagan ko.
