As for me, 2 pinadala ko, I have asked from SSS a certification which stated the start and duration of my membership, and I have printed my actual premiums online, madali lang magprint ng actual premiums.

This was what I did Securer so that my SSS proofs would be solid. You can do it too.

Hi Sir. Do we also need to get a certificate of non payment of sss contribution from the SSS office mismo? O the certificate from the hospital is good enough na po?

You can ask SSS if they will issue you with a certificate. Bring your payslip so they will see how much you are earning.

Nope. You can update them with your new address. I just don't know how they will schedule you for interview though. Those who had similar experience may give you a better insight.

1 year from your time of medical exams before your visa expires. Not one year from the time they issued your visa.

Any SSS branch will do but if they won't then just go to the SSS near your employer. Try the nearest one first kung pwede naman bakit ka pa lalayo.

3 pages kasi yung una isa the letter in french, second is its translation in English and third is the Accuse de reception. Wait for it in mail because they usually send it through mail. Does the letter says Objet: Ouverture de votre dossier/Subject: Opening of your file? If it does then thats your AOR.

--pj you submitted on dec 2013..you got that Référence: Rèf. Individuéllè from your e-mail this january 2014..but no aor yet and you said file opened..(do you know if you have been charged for the processing fee?)

--kuya boss chips sent his, on oct 2013, im not sure if he had that Référence: Rèf. Individuéllè too on his e-mail, got his AOR this january 2014..

--mine sent on oct 2013, got charged CAD 750 on december 2013, no notice whatsoever reference or aor..

I'm back! Sorry po kung di ako naging active dito lately, medyo nabusy lang po this past months. Dami na palang post dito. 142 pages na! Backreading done na din just to keep myself updated in this thread. Congrats to all who already got their AOR!
Anyway guys, i just want to share the good news that I got last Monday - I got my AOR!
Numéro de dosseir - DAxxxxXXX0. Eto yung may RECÚ. Nakahinga sa wakas.

So sa case ko, I received first an email saying that my file was already opened with Référence Individuelle - DAxxxxxx4 (January 2014). Then just this monday, RECÙ / Numéro de dosseir was sent to me via local post office.
Parang ganon ata sir robinsonwalt. Magkakaiba ata ang response from applicant to applicant.

I have a question. I applied for CSQ in Nov 2013, expecting AOR within a month. The question is I had sent a demand draft for the amount to be paid.
I have heard that the validity of demand draft is only for 3 months. And these guys taking time for AOR is 4-6 months. So will my DD expire? I come to know from Bank that DD still not encashed. and yet to have response from bank about the validity period of DD with dollar amount. Now it has been already 5 months passed, will my DD get expired? or international DD with mentioning canada branch within the DD has validity of more than 3 months?

as far as I know the validity of DD is 6 months. That's what my consultant told me.
