Hi thomaschakma,

I definitely agree with you that we don't need to hire an agency. Everything is in the website. I am about to send my application this week. I have been busy this past few days and I wasn't able to send it. Medyo hassle sa pagpunta sa lawyer to have it certified and need to go with the IRAS to request for a copy of my tax.

Hi All,

Good luck to all of us and thanks for all the replies!!!

Best wish to you mate !!!

madali lang bang magsubmit kesa magconsultant? Pls. help me.

Base on my experience mas madali kung tyo na gumawa and not hire a consultant.

Just want to ask sana to those who submitted and payment was thru credit card, did u inform the credit card company that u are expecting to be charge by quebec immigration? Thanks

mukha ngang madali lang, medyo diko lang maintindihan yung mga ito:

1. Work Certificate - na maraming info dapat.
- period of employment - ok lang
- no. of hours - wala naman ganun
- position - ok lang
- principal task - wala namna ganun
- date sign ng hr/supervisor.

@work experience - pede ba contract of employment? kasi paghumingi ako nito sa HR baka malaman na nagbabalak akong magmigrate, negative effect sakin ito pano kung madecline naman.

ano ba AOR?

wow!!..hehe..depende sa preference mo tipsy..if you think you know it well (the process of quebec immigration), then be confident not to hire lawyers or consultancy...Documentation wise, they can really help you with this matter as these is their expertise..lol..but hiring a lawyer or with the help of a consultancy firm doesn't guarantee you a 100% success on immigration...But as much as I know, most applicants were successful..By the way, I applied on my own..basa basa lang sa mga forum and instructions from websites.(hopefully)..besides i would rather spend my consultation fee/lawyers fee in a European tour...lol..success on immigration will depend largely on your effort and perseverance..

My work certificate is no perfect...what I just did is I provided supplementary documents in such to support my claim..

your queries..

*Number of working hours---you can provide work contract..i believe the number of working hours is indicated there..or where applicable, an employee manual can be..(if there is an indication of work hours)

*Principal task---this could be found on your job description, or in your duties and responsibilities..

*Work contract i think should never replaced the work certificate..it is clearly stated in the form and that they are asking for a certificate of employment..However, I think work contract at some point could help..

if your certificate of employment does not include one or more of the details being ask, you could provide separate sheet of info where necessary..(i just hope this could do)..lol..

Sabi sakin ng immigration officer ko, baka hindi na required since i worked as a staff nurse in saudi arabia for almost 6 years... Ano sa tingin nyo?
