It was emailed to me from my consultancy in Quebec ( Vivre O Canada Immigration). Maybe it was sent to them thru mail. Oh yes, your lawyer has the original copy of your AOR and they only scanned it and sent it to you via email. That's alright as long as you have it on your computer. Just make sure to download it from your emails, put in one folder and have another copy in an extension if in case something goes wrong with your computer. I have done that and I'm using it to answer your questions ...

If you are really determined to work here, yes it is necessary to learn French. Not only for the interview but also for your future work. Now that I am here (Quebec), dito ko lang naintindihan na kailangan mo talaga magaral ng French if you want to get good paying jobs. In the first place if you are going to apply as a nurse, you will not be fully licensed if you don't pass the OQLF exam (Office quebecois de la langue francaise). Mas maraming job opportunities sa bilingual kesa sa english lang ang alam.

Quebec Announces New Caps
Wednesday, 26 March 2014

The Government of Quebec has announced a number of measures for its Skilled Worker, Investor, and Entrepreneur programs. They are as follows:

Skilled Worker – Between April 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015, a maximum of 6,500 applications will be accepted for review by the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.

Investors – Between the 8 and 19 of September 2014, a maximum of 1,750 applications will be accepted for review by the Quebec Investor Program. No more than 1,200 applications will be accepted from any one country.

Entrepreneurs and Self-Employed Persons – The Government of Quebec will accept a maximum of 500 applications from entrepreneurs and self-employed persons.

Baka kaya ka pinatawag para siguro matanong kaagad nila sayo yung clarifications na kailangan nila. Syempre priority list ka, kung mail pa ang gagamitin nila matatagalan. So natanggap mo na ba sa email mo yung pinapadagdag nilang documents? kung wala parin tawag ka ulit.
