I completely forgot to mention, but I ordered GCMS notes on 24 January and got them around 25 February. Since I have roughly the same timeline as dior and marunya, I figured you guys might be interested.

Application arrived at CIO-Sydney: 24 July 2013
AOR received: 19 September 2013
Medicals requested: 24 September 2013
ECAS updated with "medicals received": 22 October

I am still waiting for "in process".

GCMS notes:
Primary office: CPP-Ottawa
Secondary office: CIO-Sydney

RPRF fee received.
App status: open
App status reason (whatever the hell this means): in progress

Eligibility: not started.
Security: not started.
HIRV: (blank) (not sure what this means either)
Crimiminality: in progress (not sure how criminality differs from "security")
Medical: passed

Let me know if you fellas have any questions or if there are any important fields that maybe I overlooked. Just trying to make sense of all the codes in this document took me a good while. And congratulations to those who received PPR recently!

I had a question. Does everyone require a RCMP criminal police certificate & fingerprints? I never sent one in but I have not been requested to so far.

Neither have I. I've never heard about them.

the did not ask me neihter but i live in Canada since i'm 17 so it's normal in my case

CIC will naturally run an RCMP background check for every application, it's not necessary that you send anything. They reserve the right to request additional documents from you, but my understanding is that that's very rare. In most cases they will just do their thing and you don't have to worry about it.

From people i saw in forums it takes about two weeks and we receive passport with COPR to do our landing

Hello All - Just a quick update to say that I received my COPR & Visa 10 days after mailing by Xpresspost. Hard to believe but the journey is over! ;D

Received CSQ: September 15, 2012
Applied for QSW: February 24, 2013
App Fee & RPRF Paid: February 24, 2013
Received Acknowledgement: April 9, 2013
Medical Request: April 16, 2013
Medical Exam Completed: April 18, 2013
ECAS Updated to "Medical Received": May 30, 2013
Passport Request (PPR): February 27 2104
Passport Mailed to CPP: March 7, 2014
Passport Returned with COPR & Visa: March 17, 2014
Landed: (Will land in April, after US Easter trip)

Just include xpresspost envelope as they requested and write clearly your return address

Hi imm_leb_01, I will write the return address (office address) on the xpresspost mailing label, this address is different than the mailing address in CIC system, would it be a problem?
