Quebec / Ontario / Spouse

Hi Everyone
My Wife is 8 months living in Canada and She landed in Montreal and After a month she left Quebec now lives in Burlington Ontario. Now we decided to get married and I live outside of Canada، My question is, if She wants to move through the sponsoring me shall She return to Montreal or She can stay there in Burlington? (She is Working now in Burlington).

I'm Grateful for your guidance.

she can sponsor you from Burlington. I believe it will also save you some extra work because quebec has extra requirements(Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ)) as compared to other provinces

Definitely stay in Ontario as far as the application is concerned, unless she needs to for work. You can go through the province to land but indicate you are leaving, if going to Ontario, as there is a whole other application you need to fill out and it takes two weeks for Quebec to process then CIC has to process it after they receive it. So personally, if you can, I'd avoid having to do it and go to Ontario.
