Moreover, It has been almost 3 months after submitting our medicals.
Do you think there is a problem with our medical results or is it normal to have such a delay since they have received our Medical results on 24 july
Do you suggest us to make further contact with VO or just wait for their respond???!

You are most welcome.

Contacting Quebec Immigration won't be helpful. Their work is done. Now, you will have to contact Federal Office in Ankara and use Case Specific Enquiry form.

OR

You can apply for your GCMS notes and find out exact notes written by immigration officials. I cannot say why such delays would occur because it is different case to case. I had my medicals done 3 times in span of 7 years, before I finally got PPR.

Thanks for your kind feedback and sorry for my late response as I was on a business trip and did not check the discussion board!

We have not done our Medical checks yet. Based on your time frame, I suppose we should expect to receive our medical instruction only in 2016!

Received file number for Quebec CSQ in April 2015
Agency said interview would be Nov 2015 which did not happen. I guess nothing would happen in Dec 2015 and they will start work again mid Jan 2016.
Patient is key.

Update.

Today my agent asks me to resubmit bank statements with seal from the banks for all of my accounts and term deposits. They also ask me to resubmit my diploma with translation. Repetitive work but better than hearing nothing from them.

Not sure what signal the MIDI is sending.

In this waiting game, no news is bad news I guess.

There are basically 5 steps to your process.

STEP 1 : Online evaluation of your chances of being selected by Québec
STEP 2 : Official application for immigration filed at Quebec Immigration
STEP 3 : Interview and after, if review is successful, you will receive a Certificat de sélection du Québec
STEP 4 : Acceptance by the Government of Canada. Once you have received your Certificat de sélection du Québec, you must submit an application for permanent residence to the Centralized Intake Office in Canada. The Government of Canada will evaluate your medical file and that of your family members. It will carry out a security check of each person. Once these steps are completed, the Government of Canada will issue you an immigration visa.
STEP 5 : Preparing for your new life in Québec. While you wait for your permanent resident visa, take advantage of this time to prepare yourself and start certain procedures; it will make your integration into Québec that much easier.

Now, for some, it may take less than as compared to others. And for others, it would take couple of years or so, however Quebec Immigration is very quick nowadays in issuing CSQ's. Delays usually occur in the 'Federal' part of the process.

I am at step 2, and it seems still have a long way to go. My younger brother received his CSQ in Jan 2015 but still waiting, has not heard anything yet.

Well, patience is the key.

However, I've heard process is much faster nowadays. They've also made changes in the selection process, where most of the workload have been transferred to Quebec immigration ministry rather than Federal. So, you may see desired results sooner than most of us.
