HK VO processing time is really late. Comparing with similar timeline in other countries, they are ready to land.
Dear Map555 I’m in the same boat with you Hong Kong Visa office ,,, almost the application from HK VO need wait long time ,,, and almost File pass the estimate processing time like now estimated time 52 months maybe HK VO need 60 months or more .
i also read this article from pacelaw when I noticed that the total processing time got extended again. my frustration is getting higher and higher
Given the amount of fraud going on in the actual program it is amazing the program still exists. There are almost no retention of the investor in Quebec and very few businesses created. All the other provinces have gotten rid of the investor programs so wouldn’t complain too much.

I think the QIIP Quebec government requires net worth and management experience once they are satisfied CSQ issued according to me and a lawyer handling immigration matters based in Montreal federal government does not recheck these again they only check police certificate for background check and medical thst means we are not bound to keep our assets intact we can liquidate your assets otherwise if federal take that long how can we survive I have applied under QIIP and got my CSQ in March 2019 and applied PR in June 2019 now waiting for next step
No I don’t think Federal can ask for financial updates please re check with your CondultantWhat I understand until now, in federal stage they may ask for some updates such as filling some personal information forms again, police certification,any changes in address or family status,..
My consultant also says they may ask for net worth updates ( I was about to sell some properties during last weeks but I canceled it).so we’d better keep eyes on our money too. Good luck every one
Hi Zaeem Assets for the purpose of net worth include Bank balance already in your account and including savings certificate and properties You can club your assets with your spouse Cars,jewellery are not included and unregistered financial instruments are exculdated
