Requested documents are
1. Primary Applicant: Work permit issued by the authorities of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the period 2008 to 2012. Also you have to provide the original translation to English.
2. Spouse: provide proof of the legality of the professional experience for year 2013.
All documents have been submitted. I don’t know how long it will take. Hope for the best….

I submit ITR, 143 order and a simple certificate from ITO income tax office, like verified Income tax returns no tax is pending for which years i filled ITR, EPF certificate from EPF office, etc. ITR for those years which you show working experiece.

what is the name of simple certificate from ITO income tax office ?

25 novembre 2015 – Le ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion a modifié ses règles en matière d'exigences documentaires pour les candidats du Programme régulier des travailleurs qualifiés. Ceux-ci ne sont en effet plus tenus de fournir systématiquement une preuve de la légalité de leur expérience professionnelle (ex. : preuve de cotisations sociales ou avis de cotisation à l'impôt sur le revenu). Cependant, cette preuve peut leur être demandée en tout temps durant le traitement de leur dossier.
Soulignons, par ailleurs, que le facteur « Expérience professionnelle » continuera d'être évalué selon les mêmes critères qu'avant. Ainsi, les expériences de travail du candidat travailleur qualifié doivent avoir été acquises :
au cours des cinq années précédant la date de dépôt de la demande de Certificat de sélection du Québec;
dans une profession de niveau de compétence supérieur à « D » au sens de la Classification nationale des professions (CNP);
également dans le pays ou territoire concerné.
Les modifications apportées aux exigences documentaires s'appliquent à toutes les demandes reçues au Ministère à compter du 25 novembre 2015, ainsi qu'à toutes les demandes reçues avant cette date et pour lesquelles l'examen préliminaire n'avait pas encore débuté.

In the website below, the timeline for verification of documents for Indian residents is 40 months. So does it make sense to apply for the Jan 2016 intake at all?

In 40 months, so many things change. For example, so many PNPs could happen, one can improve their EE score with TEF or a masters degree, or maybe we can get a job offer in other manner. So does it even make sense to make an application and wait for 4 long years?!

I have received my UCI on 27 Nov in email from CIC Novascotia . when will i receive a request from NewDelhi for Medicals & RPRF Fee , i understand the timeline says 26 months from the website . My time lines as follows

Changes to document requirements regarding the “Professional experience” criteria – Regular Skilled Worker Program

November 25, 2015 – The Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion has modified its rules regarding document requirements for applicants in the Regular Skilled Worker Program. From now on, applicants are no longer required to systematically provide proof of the legality of their professional experience (e.g., proof of social contributions or income tax assessment). However, they may be asked for this proof at any time during the processing of their file.

In addition, note that the “Professional experience” criteria will continue to be evaluated based on the same criteria as before. The work experience of skilled worker applicants must have been acquired:

during the five years preceding the date of submission of the application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec;
in an occupation with a competency level above “D” according to the National Occupational Classification (NOC);
legally in the country or territory concerned.


The changes made to the document requirements apply to all applications received by the Ministère as of November 25, 2015, as well as all applications received before this date and for which the preliminary review has not yet begun.
