In the website below, the timeline for verification of documents for Indian residents is 40 months. So does it make sense to apply for the Jan 2016 intake at all?
In 40 months, so many things change. For example, so many PNPs could happen, one can improve their EE score with TEF or a masters degree, or maybe we can get a job offer in other manner. So does it even make sense to make an application and wait for 4 long years?!

I have received my UCI on 27 Nov in email from CIC Novascotia . when will i receive a request from NewDelhi for Medicals & RPRF Fee , i understand the timeline says 26 months from the website . My time lines as follows
