Quebec does not accept form16. If the income was below taxable limt,get a exemption letter from income tax office.They only accept ASSESSMENT ORDER FORM 143(1). or a exemption letter .

This is not acceptable. Once you have filed online return, very soon you will get assessment order 143(1) in the email provided while filing return.
In case you have offline returns,please contact your income tax office for assessment orders

what will happen now my wife did not fill return because income was low nor has pf contribution.ITO refuse to give tax exception leter.i sent last year 143(1)order only and before this i only sent form 16 with explanation of tax limit i am main applicant and sent pf letter i do not claim my wife point.will they accept.

Jasvir as u provided an explanation letter, that should serve the purpose. Anyways incase u get negative result, il guide u on how to appeal again for the same. Keep me posted.

Hope everyone is doing good and waiting for some good news from immigration dept. Beleive in god all will be well .
I have couple of questions regarding my QSW application.

1) I had hired a lawyer in Canada and they had sent my application in Feb 2014 to Immigration office in Asia ( May be India office) because I am from India and they received an AOR in June 2014.

# So shall I start counting my days from Feb 2014 or from June 2014 ?

Processing to get csq is 40-52 months, after which u go thru or apply for federal pr visa and passport stamping and its processing time is 26 months.so for the whole process from start to visa stamping takes 52+ 26 months

It is a two stage process. Apply to quebec to get Selection certificate Then apply to CIC to get visa.

1) Count from AOR.

2) You need to wait for COPR, unless you get a job offer in QC while waiting (in which case you need to follow the instructions for a TWP), OR, a visitor visa which would allow you to go to QC & wait there.

I have always believed that computer science is an abstraction over electronics. Unfortunately, not sure if the immigration folks believe the same.
Will I get points under AOT?
If I don't get in section B, can I get in section C for Engineering (Bach.)?

In the question number 12. It says "Name of diploma obteined" . What kind of information we should to type here? I know that baccalauréat for Quebec means Bachelor but for Highschool and middle school I don't know what word put there.

Could your help me in this?
