Hi STILLHOPE and seniors,

Based on the previous post I feel that I have calculate my AOT in a wrong way :o!! I thought I'm in section B under AOT but now I'm a bit confused actually... Here are my details:

1) Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal
2) Masters degree in International Business from University of Wollongong in Dubai
3) My NOC is: 6221 (from January 2005 till December 2007) 3 years AND
0213 (from January 2008 till date) 3 years and 10 months

Please help me with calculating my AOT :-\

STILLHOPE
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (4 years) 10 pts
+It is listed in Preferred Areas of training list 6 pts
Work Experience (6-11 months) 4 pts
Age (22) 16 pts
French Language (have DELF A2 certificate) 6 pts (not sure if you get 6 for A2... any ideas?) yes u will get 6 poins if u pass delf a2, so have u allready passed the delf a2 or not
English Language (IELTS Academic Module 7.5 overall band) 6 pts
Haven't been to Quebec, don't have any relatives there. -
Single, no children. -
No job offer. -
Adaptability (worked in US 3 times on contracts, young,
familiar with how things work on that continent etc.) 6 pts u will get these point at the time of interview
Financial sufficiency 1 pts
____________________________________________________________
Overall: 55 pts

Yes, I have passed DELF A2. I guess I will have to put more effort into french to get that DELF B1, because who knows, maybe I won't be awarded all 6 points for adaptability during the interview.... But still am I good to file my application with current 55 pts situation?

Hmmm.... I wonder what kind of questions they ask during the interview, what kind of things they consider important and pay attention to. Does anyone have useful links for QSW interview preparation?

Hello ,

Can anyone please help me calculate my points stepwise, my information as below:

AGE: 29 yr
EDUCATION: Bcom(Accounting & Audit)
MBA(MARKETING)
UNDERSTANDING SHIPPING

WORK EXPERIENCE: 4yr in accounting
ENGLISH : EXCELLENT
FRENCH : ENROLLED ALLIANCE Francaise (at present no knowledge of french) LEVEL 3 & 4 WILL IT BE A1 & . A2?
MARITAL STATUS: SINGLE

I believe If i do French i will qualify, but my query is on Quebec immigration-Evaluation calculator it say French Beginner 3 & 4 - - - At what level would it be A1 or A2?

Will it be sufficient to give the Quebec authority that i have studied through English medium and have worked in English spking environment? On this basis can i earn FULL points? or do i hv to appear for IELTS?

I would appreciate if you can help me calculate my points of qualification step wise and advise me accordingly.

Thank you.
