Today I enquired from bank and they told me the RPRF DD has been encashed yestreday 25th Aug ;D,,, so by when should I get my Visa Stamp?

Just a question for you if you have some time to reply to...

Is it true that BIQ Paris may take two months to reply to my two way paid courier as i came to knw that they may take time to issue a new CSQ as they wrongly wrote my name? :-(

My medical is going to expire now...i fear i am nt able to plan things as i shud on time.

I am worried!

On the other hand my hubby's CSQ already sent to CHC...i dnt a feeling that they will request medical for boht of us!:-(

For temporary Stay in Canada ? I have Canada's Visitor visa but I never visited, shall I tick this option ?

8.1 Are any of the diplomas entered nder Question 8 Quebec diplomas or their Equvilant and found among these choices:

I have MS in Computer science from US and Bachelor's from India. What option should I check in it ...? shall i write Others : US university, Inidan university

Also If I am married but I am filing the application without my wife, do I need to fill the Declaration of Spouse as I am married.
since you are married, you will have to get another copy of the main application filled up for your wife. the declaration of spouse is also reqd.
Can you please help me on these questions ? It could be great help. Else I have to waste 2500 $ paying to lawyer.
actually there isnt any need to go thru a consultant. you can do this urself and come back to the forum if you have any imp queries.

i have question please, i waiting for my CSQ any time soon and i want get married . can i send my application to the federal and after add here? and if that's possible how much time i will lose or should i just wait and get my pr and after sponsor here

That’s great help. Here's my situation: Actually I am living in US on H1 visa. I got married in April 2011 and my wife is still in India. She would be here probably in Dec or Jan Next year. So Do you suggest I should file PR for her also even though she’ll be US in few months ? But If I file for myself only, Do I still need to fill the Declaration of Spouse form coz I am married ?

Also Currently I have joined AF and my French level is poor, Shall I mark it level 4 for French in form because by the time of interview I can be prepared ?

so i was hoping to receive an AOR letter but no :-[

they sent everything back saying

**Pour les demandes Amerique: Photocopie du permis de sejour temporaire valide due requerant**

i enclosed a copy of my VISA.

the issue might be, i came to the US as a student. my visa is expired.

the copy i sent them is expired with a 2004 date.

WHAT NEXT, SOS, SOS, SOS.

Does this mean i will have to redirect my application to the office of my original country?
