sandy999,

getting into quebec and moving to another province is a violation of the declaration that you made in the forms. so it could be considered as immigration fraud and its its just asking for trouble.

This will definitely screw up your citizenship application. But also I read someplace that even PR nominations have been cancelled for provincial nomination violations.

the different streams(FSW, PNP, QSW etc) to enter canada exist for a particular strategic reason. if you take the PNP route and then go where ever you like defeats the whole purpose of the diff streams... doesnt it ? and this is quite easily trackable based on ur tax filing/returns.

that said and done, you are free to move anywhere once you get your citizenship.

Hi friends
can anyone give me clarification for the quebec.
My question is that after landing to quebec or any part in quebec what time we have to compulsorily stay.
or we can move to other part also?
And if are moving to another part than we can get citizenship or not

As far as I know this question has been asked many times but always no one had a reasonable answer.

But I think there is a minimum time that you should stay in Quebec and after getting PR you can move to other parts of Canada...but still we can only come to know once we are there.
So don't take risk if you want to enter other provinces of Canada using the Quebec gateway because you could be accused of misrepresentation...
