@james,

Could you tell me how long did they take to answer these question?

How did you contact them ? By e-mail or FAX.

If e-mail could post that e-mail ID.

All the best

Shahi/ KBGOLD/Petrajo/Shahzad and all friends..........

I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP..................

As I have stated earlier in may posts, My Common-Law partner and I have gone through all process and arrived now to Federal after we've obtained our CSQ from Damas last October 2010.

Our current status has changed to [IN PROCESS] few days ago - which is good news - but the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi sent us one more form called Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union that requires to be completed and sent back ASAP.

My question:

At the bottom of the form, there is a feild called Commissioner of Oaths Name & Signature , I have tried to find more information about who could be the Commissioner of Oaths and sign it.

Is it has to be Attorny? or it could be any one who knows both of us? or just any one who could witness our sware that we were living together for the past 3.5 years?

Please URGENT HELP Friends....

Thanks & Regards
Mef

hello MEf

In my country we called this person is Notary Public and Oath Commissioner he has the power to attest all the documents.when you filled the form you need to attest from that person and send to embassy then your document become legal.

A Commissioner for Oaths can include:

•Notary Public
•Solicitor
•Barrister
•Legal Executive
•Licensed Conveyancer

i think this information is enough for you.

Hi everyone.

They just posted the new schedule selection missions. I was wondering if anyone has already been called for an interview for May, June or July?

ww.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/official-immigration-application/immigration-application/schedule-missions.html

based on the new selection mission; if they received ur file in montreal office last May, when is one likely to be called for an interview?

Guys,
They have interview for Asia 1 Mission and that is also in HK till 26th may, after this date they don't have any till end of July. What will happen now? Peso plncmy and others ....need your comment

wingsofmaybe7777, many many Congratulations !!!

Also as your interview lasted for 2 hours, it would be really very valuable source of info if u could describe it in details for us, prospective applicants.

and Wish you all the best for your federal process.

Yogie
