Hi All,

At least you all r lucky enough to talk about the interviews, Aor, waivers, doc requests, etc... but we havent got any communication any AOR from paris since Nov. 2010.. even about the transfering amount (bank draft) in their account.... :-[ ???

hello everybody...IM planning to apply for canada under QSW category..if any one happened to have plan or already on the process or just granted PR in Quebec,i just want to ask if do i need to take TEF?my lawyer said that TEF is not mandatory in QSW,im confuse coz some says,yes,some says no...pls advice me,so that i will know and have an idea..im planning to enroll in french course as what my lawyer advice me..pls anyone,i need your help..i want to have all the requirements before i apply so that my processing of my application will go smoothly and no issues that will hinder my application..

Could you tell when they took money from your account.

Hello Docaga,

I said u need not have TEF for french language assessment ... even DELF are accepted!... to evaluate ur chances go to Official Quebec website and evaluate online your chances!!..Hope this helps

We have now CSQ... my question is can any of you guys enumerate the Forms needed for submission to the Federal Government,Although

Do I need to send with federal application again all the job certificates, transcripts and diplomas and language certificates or do I just fill out the form and attach the police certificates? I am not sure about this one...

Also just on a side note if anyone of you needs a police certificate from USA/FBI, they are really fast now, yesterday they already charged my credit card for the fee and I just sent them fingerprints about a week ago so I am hoping to get my results back in about two weeks (I guess its not like before, when it took 4 months to get a police certificate from USA)

hi Go2montreal!..congrats..i had my interview on 15 march..any how i have applied for federal!!..the processing is very fast...!!...the checklist is all u need!!..nothing more!!

Wingsof... u need not send any job certificate or anything..all u need is PCC and RPRF and processing fee... check your country specific checklist by ur local CHC>..

No one applied from uae for Quebec immigration,

I have received email from Canada Abu Dhabi office asking me to re write application ( IMM5549) again with new C.V .this email was after 13 months from processing any one know when they will send medical
the email was on feb and i sent it .but no response till now

Wings, this is a good news, which I Need to get the PCC from US since I stayed there for 5 years.

I was expecting a delay of 3 months. I will start applyiing when I get the interview dates.

Plncmy, Yes I was thinking the same coz last year when I applied for PCC from Fbi it took 4 months so I thought it would delay my process but now looking at FBI timelines from other poeple it takes on general 4-6 weeks. What a difference!
