Hi dear,
You will surely need basic french to scale through.
Some of them are kind enough that when they see you don't speak good french,
They ll use English.
While others will give you intent of refus of 6months to go learn french and come for another interview.
In all, try all you can to get this famous csq this time around please.
Goodluck!
Thanks dear for quick reply... Wil try the best

Hi Abu,

How would you know if your area of training is in the priority list?
No, French knowledge is not mandatory to apply for a CSQ as confirmed by Lammawitch. I have zero French knowledge but I passed the pre-assessment.

It is the HK office that serves India. I don't know why I am not allowed to post links :( But you can search their website easily for this info you need.

Hope this helps.

Hello, Friends.

Any one of you has a good guess of when the intake period for the 2015 QSW will begin? The site only stated "later in 2015."

My guess is that it would be some time around August. Thoughts?

TIA.

- At the time when you file the application, you mention wherever you are at that time;
- After you receive the file number, you may update any change in your life using that file number: but the most important is your familial status, aka marriage, divorce or new child, etc.
- If you work in another country and work/study or do whatever there, they will ask for a copy of your visa proving the legality of your business in that foreign country. E.g. if you work there, a work permit/visa in that country.

Hi Miumiu,

Thanks again for your response.

Clear on the requirement where I must mention my location at the time I submit my application. Let's say after I've submitted my application, I travel to SG and work there. If I have not received my AOR yet, do I still need to inform them of my change in location/residence? As well as my new job and employer? Or only after I've received my file number is the time I should update these info with my application?

Thank you!

Hi everyone,
Please does anyone understand the payment options for an evaluation of studies done out of Quebec .It's on the website but am not quite clear if all those bank drafts and money orders are to be issued by canadian banks only.Meaning the only option for those out of canada will be by credit card.

First of all right now only people with PEQ, job offer , and people who is living temporarily in Quebec can apply, if that is not your case and if you apply right now, your application will be returned because the intake period for applications hasn't started yet. http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/informations/rules-procedures.html
Now, let's assume that the intake perior starts soon, you may apply without French but I recommend to learn as soon as possible, you may think you have 65 points, therefore you may qualify for CSQ without interview, but a VO can call you to interview and the interview is mainly in French. About the address to send the application check that link to see which office serves your country.
