Almost same thing with me.
Let's see how it goes.

These new rules are bad for one applicant but seemingly good for another. During previous programs, any level of french has corresponding points, unluckily not this time. Clear indication that indeed old applicants were significantly affected by these new rules.

I don't think this is bad news for you as computer science is on the top priority list right now.

how can I know to which visa office I’m belong to?

My AOT was Accounting Science (ACCA Member) 6points when I applied, today it is 12 points, will they attribute me the 12 points? I have sent my udated documents by 20th January, how long will these folks take to respond?

Thanks Newjwel. I understand that having job offer validated may accelerate the CSQ processing. But does validated job offer help to accelerate the processing at the federal stage?

My dear,
The whole thing is confusing,
Some people called Midi, they said the law is for April applications.
While an opposite answer was given to some.
Lets wait and see how things will go from now to march.
you will get a reply within 1month to 6months.

Good luck!

The validated job offer that I am going to use for CSQ application, once I get the CSQ can I go back to my country and do the federal processing from there? Or do I have to be employed even at the federal stage of the processing?
