Hi Guys! anybody here who filed there Federal Stage Application under Quebec Skilled Worker Program last October 2014? any updates or aor (federal)? im a bit concerned because its been 4mos already since i filed/lodged my federal.

i don't know if i can help u but they received my application on 25/09/2014 and i got AOR on 30/12/2015.

so i think you need little more time to receive your AOR.

Hello everyone,

any one experienced or know anyone who had the experience with inability to attend interview becasue visa was refused ?

i got my visa refused to UAE, and after they canceled my interview ( after they received all physical prrof ofcorse by post ) , they mentoned in email if i dont appear in next interview date then file will be closed, regardless of any execuse.

seems crasy becasue i am expecting visa to be refused for the other destination ( i guess Turkey )

any idea here ?

Sorry to hear that .I also had the same problem.I couldn't attend my 3rd interview coz of visa refusal so I called Quebec and was advised to fill the change of address form and send to them so that my file can be transferred to the visa office serving your home country.In that case you might not need a visa to attend the next interview .You can still call Quebec and explain your situation and they will give you the best advice on what to do.

I would like to know what is certified true copies in quebec immigration document checklist. my education was done in india. where can I get my documents certified. please help thanks!!Since I stay in Canada right now, can I get the document certified from commissioner of oaths in montreal region?

Hi all, quick question, if my native language uses the latin alphabet then i should not include any labels in my application package?

I called Québec: + 1 514 864-9191 just before. I asked her effect of AOT for old (2014) applicant. Se said "I don't know, just wait for further" I said that I am not eligible on 2015 AOT. however, she doe not speak clearly and said the same answer. Any other friends have the same type of experiences?

Later on, I have applied for FSWP and got PER.

The question is: at what stage should I withdraw my QSW application? Before AOR? After VO receiving medical test results?

Or perhaps it is unnecessary to withdraw it at all? Is it dangerous to have two applications under these two programs due to conflict of interest?

Withdraw from qsw immediately you receive medicals for fsw.
Withdraw from fsw immediately you receive your csq.

Excuse me for being so meticulous,but are you sure it is not too late to cancel quebec app at the fswp medicals stage?

May I get to know where you have managed to get the information on proper cancellation times from? Was it received from a consultant or from the experience of some of your friends/relatives?

And may I know if you have also applied for two programs?

It has to be certified by your school/university/college in india. If it is impossible for you to have it certified by them then you have to go to the embassy or consulate of your country in Montreal and ask them if they can certify it.

Yes no need to include labels if your country is using the Latin alphabet
