Newjwel, thank you so much for your reply!

Excuse me for being so meticulous, but are you sure it is not too late to cancel quebec app at the fswp medicals stage?

May I get to know where you have managed to get the information on proper cancellation times from? Was it received from a consultant or from the experience of some of your friends/relatives?

And may I know if you have also applied for two programs?

I wish you all the very best! Hope you get your visa soon and smoothly!

No, its not too late to wait for fsw medicals before cancellation, thats the best time for it.
I guess, your reason for this question is to get a faster way of entering canada ?
If I'm right , wait for your medicals before you withdraw from qsw.

Fsw is different from qsw,
After getting ur csq, you will then apply for federal part, which is where there ll be problem,
Once you don't apply for it. There is nothing to worry about.

All I said is from my experience here and other forums alone.
But if you 100% sure that all is well, you can go ahead and withdraw now.
Qsw can't never be faster than fsw anyway

Thank you so much for your reply! The reason for this question is to just double-secure my chances.

The thing I am afraid of in this situation is that VO might find out that I have an immigration application in Quebec and consider it to be misrepresentation on my part as in the FSW application I mention a province other than Quebec and in Quebec app I specify Quebec as my intended place of living in Canada.

Hi all, another quick question since i have seen some so called immigration lawyers asking for it. Do we need to submit degree and transcripts for high school education? I have all documents for both high school and university for myself (principal applicant), but im missing my spouse high school transcripts. Is it really mandatory?

I applied in 2011 and they asked me to update certain documents last 1.5 months. I am preparing documents now but I am not sure about 2 things:

1. Must I provide the credit card & mortgage history too? They don't ask for this but I have a statement from the National Credit Bureau which should very good standings.

2. I passed my short-course which was completed part-time in U.S.A. while I was on my B2 visa. It is a little 'grey' here since B2 is a tourist visa which I don't have 'Perspective Student' endorsement but they stamped me for 6 months and I stay 2.5 months and passed the license exams (similar to Driver license for this occupation). I am worried that if I send this update, although it may give me more 'education' points but they might contact the U.S. immigrtion and notice that I was not on a Student 'F1' Visa and then, I am worried that my CSQ will be declined. What is your opinion on this? Should I update this qualification???? Also, I do not have any work experience in this field (Pharmacy Technician). I Googled the B2 and they allowed part-time study of 18 hours per week. I studied 12 hours per week for 2.5 months and went for the exam and got this Certificate which 80% of hospitals in U.S.A. recognize. But I am worried about my visa things...... What should I do??? Should I just not tell the Quebec Government about this update or? :o

Hi, guys,
I do need your help. I just send the documents for CSQ. And I am preparing the documents for federal part.
Currently, I live in Montreal and I want to get a police certificate.
Is there someone living in Montreal as well? Plz give me any advice. I have no idea for this certifcate.

If you feel you have to, go ahead, ,
I applied for qsw only, but there are soo many others here that have applied for both,
Lets wait and see what they have to say.

You have to submit for the both of you.
Universities and high school are beendemandded right now.
If you lost it, go back and ask for a new one,
its possible in my country, if its not in your country,
You will have to get statement of results from day one to ......

Anyone who applied in Nov/Dec 2014 and received their AOR from Sydney yet?

Dear Friends,

There is some negative news from my side. The story is like this, In Oct'14, I received a request to update documents. In Dec'14, I sent the Income tax returns and Work experience documents.

Now, two days back I received a letter stating "Intention to refuse", reason is low score against the sections. Specifically, despite DELF B1, they have given me zero score. Applying new rules for a 2011 application?

Secondly, formation section has been given zero score. I did my B.COM(Pass) from Delhi University in 2000 along with IT diploma from NIIT. Since 2000, I am working in IT domain. I applied for quebec immigration in 2011.

Need your help guys, please suggest how can I respond to them and have a favourable response.

Thanks..

Hi Kaps,

Sorry to hear about the email you received. I just want to clarify though, what is your Area of Training (AOT) when you submitted your application? How many points did you get from your AOT? In the email, was there a breakdown of your points to show how they come up with the decision that your total score is below the required points?
