Dears I have applied for QSC in Nov 2012 recently I have received an email stated that my file is incomplete and they request me to send some documents.

Form reference number as below : form link immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/fr/dcs/documents-dcs-fr-dyn.pdf

9. Practice of a regulated profession or trade
I cannot understand why they are asking from me sign of this form. In my main application form “intend to profession in Quebec” I mention “Accountant”. Did they asking to sign on this documents for Accountant profession.

What is the risk factor to sign on this documents could you please tell me elaborate. Also let me know if I can change me “Intend of profession job” request. Where I can find the Quebec SQL list.

Best Regards
Mohammad Saiful Islam

Accountancy is a regulated domain in many countries including Canada and as such you need to belong to a certain organisation in irder to be accredited to do this work.

My other half had the same demand, it does not change anything and there is no risk, it's just a way of confirming that you are going to fuel in a regulated domain and that you are aware of this.

Hi Missionquebec

I have the same comments

But I remember having sent the notarized birth certificate way back in 2011. I don't know why they are asking for it again?

Thanks

Hey Guys,

Could you help me with the following translation?

1.11. Copie certifiée conforme de votre acte de naissance

Google translation:

Original translation of your birth certificate

My doubt:

I have my English birth certificate not translation, so I just need to notarize it. right?

My doubt: Do I need to send all my semesters transcripts(Mark sheets) or just consolidated one?

My doubt: I can only submit my INCOME TAX certificate right? I filled Quebec application 2012, so I need to submit tax certificates from 2007- to 2012 or 2007- to date, right?

Dear frnds,
I have a question. Please suggest me or help me answering this question as soon as possible.

My spouse has DELF A1 Certificate. Should I submit this original certificate to Montreal Visa Office or jus submit the Notarized copy. Because this DELF A1 certificate is one of the Diploma certificate in French.
Note : She has already submit TCFQ original Certificate (grade : A2).

Thanks in Advance.
