Hi frnds,

I am a 2011 applicant and waiting and I have been updating my file whenever my job changed or there has been a change in my profile..I have been using a the following form called change to the application for selection certificate

There is another following form called documents submitted in support of application form...

did I select a wrong form for all these years for updating my profile whenever required and is the reason y my file is not processed yet...please let me know frnds....if the first form is wrong for updating and supporting our achievements can I fill the second form and expect a better result....please advice...

dont worry you are using correct form, dont need to use any other form.

A-0520-MA-dyn.pdf is the correct form to update any change in your file, so don't worry just wait for your file to review if any thing require they will contact you.

My biq was Hong Kong when I applied. By the way for what is 2nd form used, because as per its heading I am wondering do some also use that form for updating our profile

God gave me an Xmas gift of a baby girl 2 days back!

I applied as a single applicant, without any spouse.

Now what should I do? I don't want delays in my file. Should I add the baby, get married and add the mum? Or I should wait and sponsor them when I'm in Quebec? Please take your precious times to advice me on this!

It's just Chest PA. The doctor will suggest apico-lordotic if they suspect something.

Each time you add a dependent you must send a new "Contract regarding Financial self-sufficiency". I guess last time your lawyer might have signed it. And this time if you want to sign by yourself,I wonder if you need the Bank statement proof showing the amount for you three including baby. Check it..I am not sure.
