All temporary visa have a 6 year limit beyond that there is no extension itseems. ANyhow I knew this from one of childcare agents because she was same agent for the guy who got deported. The agent was upset beacuse she lost her cleints.

Well as for high paid jobs, my frined with $120 k /annum got rejected beacuse she could not get her spouse Tax documents. She is from Inida and this is no fake or news from some one.
Bottomline get all documents.
All the best
Anand

Dear Anand,

You are 100% right. I advise to all of you that complete your documentations before sending the file. Now lets see what will happen the next with my application. My lawyer is confident and said that there will be outcome by the end of Jan 2015. It is very strange that after 2.5 years they reject the application based on one missing document!!! :( This is not justified.

If they do not want then it would be better in both interest to refuse the application within first six months if not then at least they should give plenty time for the documents. Well beggars are not the choosers! so we all are the beggars in front of them no matter how rich you are or waht profession you belong. In addition to this color and race really matters to them.

Hello,

From which country did you apply and how many points did you have, also what was your AOT ?

Regards,
Nikhil

Guys it has been long we chatted! Merry Xmas in Advance.

God gave me an Xmas gift of a baby girl 2 days back!

I applied as a single applicant, without any spouse.

Now what should I do? I don't want delays in my file. Should I add the baby, get married and add the mum? Or I should wait and sponsor them when I'm in Quebec? Please take your precious times to advice me on this!

Thank you.
