hello everyone
i am manan modi from india.
i apply my Quebec file on January 2014. Month of may i get it my file no. latter.
Now i wait for my CSQ. untill i not get it my Quebec selected latter.
I apply as diploma electrical engineer.
You know how many take time for issue CSQ after file no. come?
Is there any chance for refusal after get the file no.?
Is there any chance for Interview ?
I am not able to learn French Is there any problem ?

Finally the requested documents reached Montreal Yesterday..I was asked to submit documents on August 8th ,I was able to send them only by this month..It's very hard to get all the documents in one place...Let me see what's gonna happen next..

HA mean your BIQ is Hong Kong all the HK applicant's file starts with HA.

This is the process of rejection

Intended rejection and rejection

When the immigration officer has reasonable grounds to doubt the authenticity of documents or accuracy of the information presented in support of immigration applications, documents the evidence and pay to the immigration file information and documents.
If the evidence is sufficient, the official prepared a letter in which he outlines the information or document the veracity or authenticity has not been proven satisfactorily. The candidate has a set number of days from the date of receipt of the letter, to forward its comments and any document to review the decision, otherwise the application will be rejected. The rejection of his request is confirmed by another letter, signed by the manager, and an administrative penalty applies, preventing under Article 3.2.2.1 of the Act, to file a new application in the five subsequent years.
If the immigration officer believes that the evidence must be completed, it may call the candidate for an interview, if it reaches the pass required

Hi, I think you will get your CSQ in 2 months, like my case. My app filed 2 months ahead of you (Sep 2012), I got dox request 3 months ahead of you (May 2014). My dox arrived 18 Aug and my CSQ issued 30 Sept.
