Hello House,
Top of the day to you. I applied for CSQ as a
Nurse Feb and received AOR in June 2014. I have
been reading the trend about people MICC is
requesting to update their Tax Document for the
past 5 years. I noticed we did not include this in
our application.
Can I get this from the Tax Office in Nigeria and
update our documents WITHOUT needing to wait
for MICC documents update OR I simply wait for
them to request any update should there be any
need for it?
Your advice will be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Yes, you can.

For Lagos employees, MICC recognizes the one issued from LIRS Alausa so it is better to go get it. The process is no joke. Better to start now when you are not under pressure.

All the best

Any one in this forum has got priority processing because of AOT POINT IS 16?
please share your timeline.

Recognized experience
The work experience by a skilled worker candidate must have been acquired:
in the five years preceding the date of submission of an application for a selection certificate
in an occupation with a skill level above “D” as defined by the National Occupational Classification (NOC)
legally in the country concerned.

The following experience, which respects the aforementioned conditions, is recognized:

experience that was acquired full time or part time in remunerated jobs
full-time or part-time work internships as part of an apprenticeship, training or specialization recognized by a diploma, both remunerated and non-remunerated.
Inadmissibility of skill level “D” occupations
Work experience acquired in skill level “D” occupations as defined by the National Occupational Classification (NOC) is not admissible. Skill level “D” occupations are those that usually require a brief demonstration of the work to be performed, or on-the-job training or that do not have any particular educational requirements.
Intership
This constitutes experience acquired:

full time or part time
as part of remunerated internships (for non-remunerated internships recognized by a diploma, experience must be acquired during an apprenticeship, training or specialization)
in the five years preceding the date of submission of the application for a selection certificate.

[Can we understand following from above information? I expect your view and comments.
1. If AOT and work exp are different then also able to get point.
2. Only NOC A/B/C able toget point.

Hi bacteria,

what is your BIQ and did you receive any update from MIDI?

Hi guys,

Today I received the below email from Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion. Does anyone receive the same ? Do you know what it implies?

I applied QSW in Sep2012, AOR Feb 2013. July 2014 Quebec requested for additional documents, which I sent to them in Aug 2014. Then Sep 2014 I received an email saying "votre dossier est en attente d’une décision."

Thank you,

It seems you will get the CSQ without interview if you have 63 points.

That's what i thought, both my brother and sister are Canadian citizens, and my brother is living in Quebec and yet nothing for more than 3 years :( the word wait is no where near to describe the frustration, the Quebec immigration system has to change.
