Thanks a lot varuen for your input. Just one more doubt.
In IM008ENU_2D form(7c) Do i need to write the date on which i applied for CSQ or should i leave it blank? and
In section 6 i can select any province other than Quebec where i intend to live. Is that right bro.
Dear, just try this.
The date field for csq will get only enable once you select province as a quebec. If you choose any other province then those field regarding CSQ will automatically get disabled. That means you have to provide nothing and choose your province other than quebec. This field is for those person who have got their csq and then now moving ahead into federal from QSW. This are the fields where we have to type or select but not writting anything by pen. Hence after selecting any other province except quebec those fields will automatically get disabled. So relax and go ahead. In any of the form they are not asking any info about quebec.

Thanks varuen for such detailed explanation. I was thinking to write the date with pen as i was quite scared that CIC might object if i don't disclose this info but you are right those fields do get disabled so i should leave them as it is.

Definitely you can apply parallely to two programs QSW & FSW. I am QSW applicant and processing for applying under FSW. Its just once you get the CSQ or at the time of CSQ you have to withdraw one of the application, the reason before moving CSQ to Federal you should decide by which way you have to move forward. Rest assure. You can apply.
Confirmed from multiple sources.

Thanks! :-)

Good day!

Seniors, I requested from my university a translation of my Filipino Subjects: Sining ng Pakikipagtalastasan,Panitikang Pilipino and Retorika pero wala daw silang maibigay na certificate na nkatranslate na. What they can give me is a certificate indicating the subject description pero in tagalog pa rin. What are my options regarding this? Do i need to hire a professional translator or (i've read this when i was backreading) can i just make a letter of request in the Filipino Department of our school to translate the 3 subjects? I need your 3 cents about this. thank you

I think it will also depend on the AOT you are applying for.

Hey guys,

It will be better if you write these details with pen after validating the application and taking print-out.
Definitely the columns get disabled once you select any other province than quebec , but you can fill out in that place with pen - no restrictions.
But finally it is ur application and ur choice, you may provide them the details or not. Instruction from CIC is given below;

How to use this application package
Read the instruction guide to complete your application forms
•Use the Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]. You can fill it out and save it using a computer. You will need Adobe Reader 10 or higher. You must also turn JavaScript on.
•Filling out the form on a computer is easier than filling it out by hand. It reduces the risk of mistakes that can slow down the application process.•Having trouble downloading the form? Right-click the link and select “Save Target As...”

Fill out, validate, print, sign and date your application forms.
To make sure you submit all the pages, follow these steps.
IMM 0008 form
a.Click the “Validate” button at the top or bottom of the form.
Note: Validating the form before printing makes sure that you have answered all the questions. This will help you to avoid delays in processing your application.b.A last page with barcodes and a signature line will automatically be created.
c.Print, sign and date the form.
d.For best results: •print on white, bond-quality, non-glossy paper and
•use a laser printer.
e.Place the barcode page on top of your package. If you have more than one package, place a separate barcode page on each one.
